In 1987, Kevin Baker founded Baker's Candies Inc. and revolutionized the mass production of gourmet chocolates. His extensive engineering background allowed him to create confections at a fraction of the cost incurred by even his largest competitors. That savings was poured into finding the best ingredients available. The result was a series of affordable meltaway-grade chocolates that were in a class with the world’s finest and an instant hit with connoisseurs everywhere.
Today, Baker's Candies Inc. remains the Midwest’s premier chocolate manufacturer. The family-owned company, which operates in a 25,000-square-foot plant located in Greenwood, Nebraska, still pursues that same passion for
